Quote of the Week: Changing Perspective

“We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.”

Mood is all about perspective. If I'm in a bad mood, it's because I choose to see things in a negative light. Happy people make happy choices, and see things in a positive light. Sometimes, it is really hard to make happy choices. Sometimes, life is filled with miserable experiences, and it
takes all your effort just to get out of bed in the morning. However, that choice is still there. So, instead of living in the misery, choose to rejoice in the happiness of your situation. Happiness doesn't play favorites. Anyone can achieve it. It's just a matter of your perspective.
